Fleur de Sel
Alaeath Sea Salt
It is certified organic and requires the Plaudiers (salt rakers) to use only wooden tools to gather the salts. Use fleur de sel as a finishing salt on roasted vegetables and grill meat.
Known for its color, minerals, and high moisture content. The naturally delicious flavor of grey salt and lower sodium make this a perfect replacement for ordinary table salt.
Traditional Hawaiian table salt, it is rich in trace minerals. Our favorite for grilling meats and vegetables; the red Alae clay seals in moisture and adds flavor.
Unique Hawaiian salt has a black color and silky texture. Solar-evaporated Pacific sea salt is combined with activated charcoal. This complements the natural saline flavor, and may add numerous detoxifying health benefits.
